Charisma Carpenter

Charisma Carpenter was born July 23rd, 1970. She played Cordelia Chase in the series of supernatural drama Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-1999) and its spin-off series Angel (1999-2004). Also, she was a part of Charmed (2004) and Kendall Casablanca's character in Veronica Mars (2006). Rebecca Sewell was in The Lying Game (2012)-2013. Carpenter was born in Las Vegas (Nevada), the daughter of Christine Carpenter who is a bird sanctuary worker and Don Carpenter, an entrepreneur. Carpenter is of Spanish (from her maternal grandfather), French, and German descent. Carpenter was a student at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas; she was also a part of a group of dancers and singers which performed in the Las Vegas Valley when she was just nine years old. old.When Carpenter was 15, her family moved to Rosario Beach, Baja California, Mexico and then to San Diego, California. She was a student at Bonita Vista High School and Chula Vista School of the Creative and Performing Arts. After graduating, Carpenter traveled throughout Europe. She was swimming in San Diego with two male friends at the time that Henry Hubbard Jr., an ex-police officer from San Diego and serial rapist was threatening them.
